MANUFACTURING & QUALITY

32+ Machines. One Facility. Zero Compromise on Quality.

Our 80,000 sq ft Ranjangaon plant operates under IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. We process 3,600 MT of polymers annually, supplying precision components to global OEMs.

MANUFACTURING PHILOSOPHY

Precision at Scale. Consistency in Every Batch.

Atharva Polymers operates a single, state‑of‑the‑art facility in Ranjangaon, Pune, employing 200 skilled personnel. This focused structure — a single location, one trained team, one quality system — ensures that every production run meets the same exacting standards, whether it's for a small appliance component or a critical automotive assembly.

Our manufacturing is driven by the IATF 16949 automotive quality framework, which mandates process control, traceability, and continuous improvement. Every raw material batch is verified, every process parameter is monitored, and every finished part is inspected against an approved control plan.

As part of the Atharva Group — which houses over 400 employees across 300,000 sq ft of integrated manufacturing space — we leverage shared expertise in metal fabrication, corrugation, and engineering to deliver end‑to‑end solutions from concept to completion.

TESTING & VALIDATION

Verified to Specification, Batch by Batch

Incoming raw materials are verified against approved supplier specifications. Certificate of analysis is obtained and checked for each incoming batch.

During production, process parameters are monitored and dimensional checks carried out at defined intervals. First‑off samples are retained for traceability. Any out‑of‑tolerance condition triggers an immediate process review.

Finished goods undergo final inspection against the approved control plan before dispatch clearance. Inspection records are maintained and available to customers on request.

Every batch is supported by documentation including a certificate of conformance, batch number, and reference to the applicable quality records.
